All our events must stress safety and sportsmanship above all else. The presence of a trained and knowledgeable staff is paramount when conducting tournaments.

Minimum requirements:

1. A Chief Referee must supervise each mat. The Chief referee may supervise mat side as long as two B level referees are working the match.
2. At least one Athletic trainer or appropriate medical personnel must be present during all phases of the competition.
3. $1,000,000 liability insurance must be secured to cover the venue, promoter and Amateur Pankration league.
4. The tournament should not conflict with another scheduled event.

**The Amateur Pankration League can help advertise the event for a small administrative fee, ranging from $50 - $100.
